Welcome to Club House. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and membership offerings. By booking an appointment, making a purchase, or accessing our site, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services

Club House offers non-toxic, waterless manicure and pedicure services. All services are performed by licensed professionals using sterilized equipment and 8-free to 14-free products. We do not perform or remove dip powder or acrylic nail enhancements.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be booked online or in person. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee up to the full service amount.

Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in shortened or canceled services at full charge.

3. Memberships

Members receive monthly service credits, preferred pricing, and exclusive benefits as outlined in our membership tiers. Memberships are billed monthly and may be paused or canceled by contacting us in writing 30 days prior to your next billing cycle.

Unused service credits expire 1 year after their issued. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and may be subject to availability and expiration dates.

5. Payments

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Club House gift cards. Full payment is required at the time of service. Gratuity is not included but may be added to your final bill.

We do not accept cash or checks at this time.

6. Health & Safety

To protect the well-being of all guests and staff, we ask that you reschedule if you are feeling unwell. Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service if safety protocols are not followed.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Club House Group Limited is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, nail conditions, or adverse effects unless due to gross negligence. You agree that all services are provided “as is,” and acknowledge that nail services involve inherent risks.

We are not liable for:

  • Reactions to products or treatments

  • Personal property damage

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of our services signifies agreement with this liability waiver.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including branding, logos, photography, copy, and design—is the property of The Club House Group, Limited and may not be used without written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not for any fraudulent purpose. We are not responsible for third-party links, outages, or technical issues.

10. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and use personal information.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

13. Children's Policy

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. For safety and relaxation purposes, we request that children not receiving services remain in the waiting area under adult supervision.

14. Personal Belongings

We recommend that you leave valuables at home or keep them with you during your visit. Club House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

15. Mobile Phones

To maintain a tranquil environment, please set mobile phones to silent mode. We kindly ask that phone conversations be taken outside the treatment areas.

16. Feedback & Complaints

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have feedback or concerns about your service, please notify us within 72 hours so we can address the issue promptly.

17. Gift Card Terms

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for services or products. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable.

18. Product Purchases & Returns

Products purchased in-store are final sale. If a product is defective, please return it within 14 days with the receipt for an exchange.

19. Group Bookings

For group bookings of 3 or more, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

20. Special Requirements

Please inform us of any special requirements, allergies, or medical conditions at the time of booking so we can accommodate your needs.
